I love it, I can cook anything on it and it always tastes great.

It’s amazing, works just as well at the 4 burner 36 inch. It cooked evenly and I was able to put our marinaded steak fajitas and the veggies for four people on it. Quick and easy. Also super easy cream up if you follow the directs.

My 17″ Blackstone griddle came with some of these and I’ve ordered another pack. They fit well in the griddle’s grease container and make dealing with the grease and debris so much easier; just lift the insert out and throw it away with the grease inside. These aren’t flimsy and are as large as the grease container so one lasts through multiple meals. The rim fits over the edges of the griddle’s grease cup and the cup stays clean. Well worth using imo.

I got it seasoned well and took it out and used it for the first time the other day. After a long, cold day of kayaking and fishing, a good friend and I needed good HOT food to warm ourselves up. I pulled out my Blackstone and threw on some food. Moments later we were having a hot meal that revived our internal temperatures and were instantly satisfied and feeling good. Nothing like a quick, hot meal on the back of the van to make a very cold day much MUCH more worthwhile. Thank you Blackstone!
